Currently we have commitments for half of the 600 birds we plan on having available each month and need more.  Otherwise, we may have to scale back our orders for the rest of the year.

Our birds are slaughtered and processed under USDA/FSIS inspection by Squab Producers located in Modesto so we can legally sell to anyone-families wanting to fill their freezers, restaurants wanting a local menu item, and butcher shops who support humanely raised meat. Birds will be available fresh once a month, every month June through November on these dates

  • June 8th
  • July 13th
  • August 10th
  • September 7th
  • October 10th
  • November 2nd
