Garden to Pantry: Pickling Vegetables
Thursday, September 12, 6-8:30 pm
Homemade pickles are fun, colorful, and easy. In this hands-on class, we’ll use seasonal produce to make pickles. We’ll cover the basics of home canning and pickling: selecting and preparing the vegetables, preparing and filling the jars, and processing the pickles in a boiling water bath. Each participant will leave with a jar of pickles and the confidence to make more at home.
