Fire Cider is an old folk remedy for seasonal wellness. It's made with a combination of herbs, honey, and vinegar, making a tasty tonic that many rely upon through the seasons but that is particularly useful in the winter season. Warming, spicy and pungent, it is a great support for fending off colds and flu and supporting digestion.
We'll be talking about our immune systems and the various herbs in the recipe as we get to work grating and chopping. This class is FREE and open to the public.
Bring your own pint size jar if you want to bring some home. If you'd like to bring home fire cider, we ask for a 10$ donation to cover our material costs.
