CropMobster Team Profiles
CEO, Chairman & Founder
Nick has spent many years as a consultant, facilitator and social entrepreneur focusing on one objective – facilitating the transformation of businesses, teams and communities for meaningful and measurable results. He has worked and led initiatives in a variety of settings, from grassroots community organizing and public policy projects to managing strategic and cause-related projects for major global companies and brands. The idea for CropMobster emerged after he and his wife Jess Flood witnessed first-hand the toll food waste and other issues take on farmers, small food businesses and communities. Nick also serves as VP of Growth & Expansion for the CannaCraft Family of Companies & Managing Director of StoneBridge Creative, a boutique marketing and sales consultancy. His work and writing has been featured in the Huffington Post, TIME, Fast Company and he is a frequent speaker to universities & conferences.
Jessica Flood is passionate about bringing people together and has been designing and producing events of all shapes and sizes for over fifteen years for clients such as Sunset Magazine, Auction Napa Valley and The Leakey Foundation. She and her husband Nick witnessed the problem of food waste on their family’s small farm, an experience which led to their initial social media tests that eventually became CropMobster. On this "all hands on deck" effort, Jess helps guide the organization’s culture and strategy, lead our community event like the CropMobster Supperclub series, and liaise with community organizations and producers to combine our online presence with authentic community interaction
